What happens between pasting a link and paying for shipping, which charges arrive when, and the point at which the estimator’s red figure comes back into play.
This follows JoyaGoo’s Shopping Guidance (article 796, read 17 October 2026). The interface examples are the source article’s May 2025 images, not a claim that today’s screen looks identical.

Choose colour, size and quantity. Compare the selected variant with the seller’s measurements before adding it to your order.

Review the goods and domestic delivery charge. This first payment does not include international shipping.
Follow Order Processing and Purchased in My Orders. Contact the buyer through the order if a requested option or price needs clarification.
Seller Sent refers to the journey to the warehouse, not international dispatch. Seller availability and dispatch can vary.
Watch Stock Arrived and QC Completed. Inspect the exact variant and visible condition. Eligible return requests must be made within five days / 120 hours from QC Completed and need seller agreement.
The free storage clock starts at Stored in Warehouse. Track it separately from the return clock; request an available paid extension before expiry. An unpaid submitted parcel has a separate 30-day rule.
Select items, confirm the address and compare current routes against the actual contents. Read all clauses, choose any extra packing, rehearsal or cover, and review the complete charge breakdown.
Choose an eligible shipping coupon and review the payable total. Coupons do not stack. A maximum-coupon estimate is not proof that your account has that saving.

Track the parcel in My Parcel. Keep the route note and payment evidence. A quiet scan is not a delivery guarantee; act promptly on exceptions, collection notices or a problem with the address.
Inspect the parcel and retain packaging if anything is wrong. Report a problem immediately under the relevant incident rule. A review or Apply Reward submission is optional and subject to current reward terms.

Find an item on one of the catalogue shelves or with the search box, open the marketplace listing and copy its link. On joyagoo.com, paste the link into the search bar at the top of the home page. Links from Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688 and Weidian open as a JoyaGoo product page with the seller’s options; anything else goes through the DIY order form, where the details are typed in by hand.
Choose size and colour from the seller’s own options, add a note if the seller needs one, and add the item to your cart. Check the domestic shipping line on the product page: that is the seller’s charge to deliver to JoyaGoo’s warehouse, and it is part of what you pay at this stage.
That is the first payment. International shipping comes later, as a separate bill, once your items are in the warehouse and you submit a parcel; that second bill is where the estimator’s numbers come back.

JoyaGoo’s fee article says the price of the goods and the domestic shipping inside China are passed to the seller through the platform, and that the shopping agent service itself is free (fee article). Optional extras such as additional QC photos cost more.
Sometimes JoyaGoo asks for more after you have paid, for example when the seller’s price or shipping changes; its help centre calls this an outstanding balance. Read the order details for the reason before paying it.
After payment, the product page says JoyaGoo buys during 09:00 to 18:00, UTC+8. Sellers then ship to the warehouse; JoyaGoo’s notes say Taobao sellers generally dispatch within 3 to 7 days, longer for made-to-order items.
At the buying stage, review the product amount, quantity, domestic delivery and any applicable services. Keep a separate allowance for international shipping. The seller must first deliver to the warehouse, where you inspect the goods and decide what to keep. A paid product order is not the same thing as a parcel dispatched overseas.
When the goods are ready, choose packing and compare available lines using the complete contents and packed dimensions. Combining several finds may avoid repeated parcel charges, but a large box can change billable volume. Check how estimated freight is settled after packing and what costs remain outside a discount. Retain the final item and parcel records so a later adjustment can be explained by its actual charge.

When an item arrives, JoyaGoo inspects its outside, takes photos and marks it Stored. The product page promises 3 to 7 free photos; the photo article describes standard shots as usually three. From the moment an item is Stored you have 90 days of free storage (storage article).
Request any available paid extension before the free storage period expires; the storage article quotes 10 CNY per 30 days. Items left beyond their storage time without contact are treated as abandoned and destroyed, so do not leave things sitting.
This is also when the return window starts to matter: returns must be requested within 5 days (120 hours) of the order showing QC completed, and only if the seller agrees.

When your items are in the warehouse you select them, submit a parcel and choose a shipping line. This is the moment the estimator’s numbers come back: the line list resembles the estimate cards, and the price you will be asked for is the shipping bill, not the red figure.
JoyaGoo charges an estimated shipping fee first and settles after packing. Its billing article says the actual billing weight comes from the warehouse’s weighing, or from the carrier if it re-weighs, and can be checked under Details about 3 days after the parcel ships (billing weight article).
Coupons are chosen at payment. The order guide puts it this way: choose a payment method, select a coupon and pay for international shipping, with the coupon only applicable to the shipping fee. Whatever amount appears there is your price.
Before paying for shipping you can add services. The help pages list detailed photos at $0.22 each (up to 20), parcel photos at $0.75 per parcel taken before and after sealing, and rehearsal packing. The tutorial quotes 20 CNY; the dedicated rehearsal article and value-added list quote $3. Confirm the current account charge. The stated 24-hour result window runs after rehearsal completion, not from placing the request.
Removing packaging and reinforcing a parcel are offered too. Think twice before removing original packaging: JoyaGoo’s return terms exclude items whose packaging, tags or accessories were removed at your request.
None of these add-ons is part of the estimator quote, and none is affected by its red figure.
Tracking appears once the carrier scans the parcel; on some lines the first update takes a few days. JoyaGoo’s general guide gives 10 to 20 days by air after the parcel leaves the warehouse, and each line’s card in the estimator shows its own range.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, inspect it with the courier where possible and preserve packaging and photos. Report immediately. The signing notice gives two working days for later-discovered damage evidence and 72 hours for post-signing problems. The insurance claim pages give seven days from signing and an outer 45-day dispatch limit; the after-sales notice also warns about reports beyond three days after delivery. These provisions have different scopes, so do not wait for the longest limit. On some lines a failed delivery means the parcel is destroyed rather than returned, so be ready to receive it.
For the shipping lines themselves, insurance tags and what the estimator shows per line, see QC photos and shipping lines.
Before you submit a parcel, run its weight through the estimator and the audit tool so you can ask about differences between the dated estimate and the current payable breakdown.
