JoyaGoo, the shopping agent behind the estimate
Who runs it, what its free purchasing-service policy includes, where it differs from other agents, and the cases where a different agent is the better fit.
What JoyaGoo is and what it does

JoyaGoo is a shopping agent for Chinese marketplaces. You paste a product link or search on its site, which works with Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688 and Weidian; for anything else there is a DIY order form. JoyaGoo buys the item, receives it at its warehouse in mainland China, photographs it, stores it and ships it abroad when you submit a parcel.
The business traded as JoyaBuy until 31 March 2025, when the site moved to joyagoo.com and old product links stopped working (rename notice). Accounts and orders carried over.
Its help centre is public and dated: each article carries a last-modified date, which is how this site can say how fresh a rule is.
Who runs the JoyaGoo website

The website’s Contact Us page and the end of its Terms of Service name the operator as a company registered at a Coventry address in England (AMBERLEIGH TECH LIMITED, company number 16952774). The Terms say they are governed by UK law.
The iOS app is published under a different company name, GLOBAL JIAYI TRADING GROUP LIMITED. JoyaGoo does not explain how the two relate, and we do not guess.
Customer support is by email at [email protected] and through the online chat on the site and in the app; business enquiries go to [email protected]. No customer-service hours are published. The product page says purchasing runs from 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+8).
Why JoyaGoo, and when a different agent suits you better

Begin with the work all shopping agents share: buying from Chinese marketplaces, storing items, sending inspection photos and shipping parcels by a choice of lines. None of that sets JoyaGoo apart.
What JoyaGoo does differently is mostly about openness. Its estimator works without an account and its public data includes every fee band; its help articles are dated; its agent service is free by its own fee article; storage is free for 90 days and the product page promises 3 to 7 inspection photos.
When to use a different agent: if you want a shipping estimate that does not assume a discount; if you ship to the United States, Canada or Australia and want a line with free insurance (none of the lines we saw there had it); or if you need published customer-service hours. Our notes on choosing an agent cover how to compare.
Other shopping agents you will run into

JoyaGoo shares its marketplaces with plenty of other agents, and their names turn up in catalogues, forums and video reviews. They differ less in what they do than in how they charge and how they show prices.
Shipping estimators are a good example. Some agents print the plain quote; some print a struck price beside a lower one, as JoyaGoo does; some show a percentage tag. The struck price is not always the plain total and the lower price is not always what you pay, so whichever agent you use, find out what each number on its estimate card means before comparing across agents.
We do not rank agents or compare named rivals here. The method on this site, splitting a quote into fee bands and reading the small print, works on any of them.
JoyaGoo’s rules on counterfeit goods

JoyaGoo forbids buying counterfeit goods through it and says so in a dedicated page, the JoyaGoo Anti-Counterfeiting Policy. It sets out consequences: lost purchasing rights, withheld funds, suspended or closed accounts including linked ones, parcels held until authenticity is confirmed, and destruction of inauthentic goods in its warehouse at the buyer’s cost. Complaints go to [email protected].
Its prohibited-items statement also lists “Counterfeit Goods and Pirated Goods” (Prohibited Items Statement), and its Terms bar items that infringe copyright or trademarks.
JoyaGoo also says it cannot verify the quality or authenticity of goods listed on third-party platforms. That is a disclaimer, not a permission: the responsibility for what you order stays with you.
Insurance, claims and delays in short
Free insurance is a per-line tag in the estimator, not a site-wide promise: in our snapshot the three UK lines, the DHL air lines to EU countries and the two Swiss DPD lines carried it, while every US, Canadian and Australian line did not. Paid insurance can be added when you submit a parcel; its rate is shown there, not published.
The compensation standard gives a seven-day signing window and an outer 45-day shipment limit; separate damage and after-sales notices can require earlier reporting. Report immediately and see the differently scoped deadlines (compensation standard). Delay compensation is a matter of negotiation with the logistics provider, excluding force majeure, according to the registration agreement.
No separately priced paid-insurance premium appears in the sampled estimate breakdown; a free-insurance tag still needs its policy read, and the red figure says nothing about them.
If JoyaGoo fits your order
If JoyaGoo fits, the next stop is the ordering page; if you are still comparing, read how each agent’s estimate card is built before comparing prices.
