Terms you will see on the card and in this audit
A short glossary of the terms you’ll see on JoyaGoo’s estimate card and on these pages.
- Red figure
- The large red price on an estimate card; 75% of the struck total.
- Struck total
- The grey, struck-through price; the full shipping quote for the parcel.
- Coupon:Save
- The label after the struck total; 25% of it.
- Fee band
- One part of the struck total: freight, customs and declaration fee, operation fee, service fee or surcharge.
- QC
- Quality check: the warehouse’s outside inspection and photos.
- GL and RL
- Shopper slang for an acceptable QC result or a concern after viewing photos. Neither changes an account status or submits a return request.
- Stored
- Item status once it is in the warehouse; starts 90 free storage days.
- Site rate
- The exchange rate JoyaGoo uses to show prices in your currency.
Questions readers send about the red price
These are the frequently asked points, answered briefly. Each answer links back to the page with the detail.
Is the red figure what I will pay?
No. It is the struck total less 25%, shown as if a coupon applied to every fee. What you pay is set at checkout after you submit a parcel, with whatever coupon you actually hold.
Does a JoyaGoo coupon cover the customs and declaration fee?
The default coupon line says it does not include customs clearance, and coupons are labelled for freight. A coupon with its own description could say otherwise; read its card.
Why does the Detail panel not add up to the struck total?
Because the public data includes a $1.67 service fee (zero on EUB) that has no row in the panel, and the panel’s Service Fee row is actually the $2.51 operation fee.
Is the 25% the new-user coupon pack?
No. The new-user pack is a separate offer worth 1,200 CNY in total, whose make-up the homepage does not list. The sampled public estimate requests applied the same quarter; that does not inspect anyone’s account coupons.
How old is your data?
Estimator figures were read on 17 October 2026 with editorial review targets of 14 days for estimator data and 7 days for offers. Those targets do not mean the data updates automatically.

Reporting an error in this audit

If a number here does not match what you see on JoyaGoo, tell us the destination, the parcel weight and size, the line name and the date you checked. Screenshots help; account details are never needed, and please do not send coupon codes.
A correction needs a dated comparison against the estimator; this site promises no response time. When JoyaGoo has changed a price or a rule, we update the page, note the change in the audit log and keep the old reading in our records so the change is traceable.
Corrections that change a published number are listed in that log with the date and the old value, so readers can see what moved and when.
